Event Recap:
Brews by the Bridge 2023
This past weekend, we kicked off the summer season with our annual Brews by the Bridge event! With more beer vendors than ever before, food trucks, outdoor games, and live music, our community had a fun Friday night by the Sundial Bridge. This year’s festivities expanded throughout the entire Gardens, making the event BIGGER and BETTER than in years past. We want to say a huge thank you to all attendees, vendors, and sponsors for their overwhelming support of Turtle Bay!
Brews by the Bridge hosted over 20 local and visiting craft breweries. Beer vendors included 21st Amendment Brewery, Bear Republic, Drake’s, Etna, Eel River, Fall River, Firestone Walker, Lost Coast Brewery, Seismic, Sierra Nevada, Trinity County Brewing Co., Three Creeks, and Woody’s. We also had cider vendors, including Golden State Cider, Humboldt Cider Co., and Ace Cider. Jiant Tea also offered guests hard tea during the warm summer evening.
Guests’ ticket included their first beer and a commemorative “Brews by the Bridge” cup! Each beer was an additional cost, with all proceeds supporting Turtle Bay’s education programs, exhibitions, gardens, and animals. Food was also available at the event, including Mosaic Restaurant, Mosaic Woodfire Pizza Truck, The Corndog Company, 2 Guys and a Grill, Neon Palm, and Fiesta Fresh Grill.
While groups of friends sipped on their beers, there was no shortage of entertainment! Anna Jae Band and Full Throttle played live music in the Celebration Gardens and the Quarry Patio. Guests were able to try their hand at axe throwing, thanks to Timberlords, and C&H Creates hosted a corn hole tournament, too!
We want to extend a big thank you to all of our vendors and our sponsors, Signarama, Tri Counties Bank, the Sheraton Redding Hotel, and Liquor Barn. We hope you all had a great time at Brews by the Bridge this year!
