• It may take up to 14 days for you to receive your membership card in the mail. Shasta County residents may pick up their membership cards at the Visitor Center 14 days after new or renewal membership has been processed. If you need one immediately, you may purchase the membership at the Park and use your receipt as proof of purchase.
