Autumn Bike Fest

Join us Saturday, November 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a day of bicycle betterment! You can test ride the newest TREK bikes, learn about Shasta Public Health’s Safe Routes to School program and get information from local bicycling clubs, Shasta Wheelmen and Redding Mountain Biking Club.
Enjoy the thrill of bicycling as you watch special movie presentations in the Visitor Center Theater. The Redding Mountain Biking Club is sponsoring a movie entitled ‘Mountain Menace to Mountain Biker’ produced by Sabrina Morgan, at 10:30 am and noon. At 11am join us for a very special showing of ’24 Solo’. ‘24 Solo’ follows the gut-wrenching story of Chris Eatough on his quest for a 7th World Title in the unforgiving discipline of 24 Hour Solo mountain bike racing.
The Trek Factory Demo representative, Dax Tobin, will be at this event with 2010 bicycles for free test rides and will show the benefits of cycling.
